drebis supports you in taking advantage of the potential for rationalisation in the claims reporting process by receiving structured data. drebis is a solution we developed to fully structure communication in cases of claims, including ones between attorneys, legal expense insurance and motor insurance. This enables particularly stringent process chains to be mapped for processing, which ensures quality and prompt completion in equal measure.

The HCM solution supports you in automatically evaluating the structured contents of unstructured texts with elements of statistically supported text analysis. In doing so, we use, among other things, heuristic methods as well as support vector machines that draw on self-learning algorithms in text analysis to ensure that detection rates improve themselves. adesso employees provide the required training service for increasing detection rates. As part of business process outsourcing, adesso also overtakes productive operation of the HCM.
