The electronic file management system spans the government’s entire records management system, including digital archiving pursuant to TR-ESOR (Technical Guideline for the Preservation of Cryptographically Signed Documents), electronic inboxes pursuant to TR-RESISCAN (Technical Guideline for Replacement Scanning) as well as extensive file processing. A sophisticated role and rights management system ensures that only authorised persons have access to certain information. Detailed versioning and long-term preservation make it impossible to manipulate the digital content.
