The more sporty among us can enjoy support for active pursuits. We subsidise membership of sports clubs and gyms. If a team of “adessi” get together to play sport, we pay the full hall or pitch rental, for example for our football, badminton, or basketball players.
We cooperate with kindergartens to help our employees find the ideal childcare place for their child. This model is already in place in Berlin, Dortmund, and Munich, with further locations to follow.
